The Collection

The Lancaster Theological Seminary Library holds over 106,000 volumes and numerous eResources. Its chief strengths are the fields of New Testament, Reformation and the history of the Reformed church, Mercersburg Theology, and liturgics. The Raymond F. Albright Collection of over 7,000 volumes is especially strong in source materials in American Church History. The Rev. Lewis Mayer Collection offers a rare insight into a mid-19th century theologian’s personal library.
